Food Returns
Due to the nature of food products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges of food items once they have been shipped or delivered.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
- Expired products upon delivery
- Products that are spoiled or unsafe to consume upon arrival
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider time to process the refund after it has been issued.
